One of the first tools we use in every session is a resistance band, or what we call an "energy-release band." These bands are central to how we help clients manage stress, sensory dysregulation and pent-up anxiety. Before diving into structured exercises, clients engage in tailored resistance band movements like chest pulls, overhead stretches, and even gentle plucking. These aren't random warm-ups but intentional strategies rooted in proprioceptive input.
