Our Services
Extraordinary Solutions
We break away from the confines of traditional settings. Our goal is to help clients gain confidence in new experiences and develop life skills that support their independence and daily living.
ALL INCLUDED

One-On-One Training
Our one-on-one sessions are tailored to each client’s unique needs, interests, and goals. Specialists blend high-intensity fitness, rhythmic and primitive movement patterns, as well as sensory-processing activities to build motor coordination, regulation, confidence, and independence. Our Movement Specialists bring specialized expertise and a deep understanding of behavioral patterns in individuals with autism, empowering clients to reach their fullest potential.

Group Fitness
Group Fitness introduces clients to the fundamentals of different sports in a fun, motivating environment. Our clients and Movement Specialists come together to create a space where teamwork, communication, and social skills develop naturally. Each session is designed to spark excitement around sports while supporting peer connection, collaboration, and confidence – ensuring every individual feels included, encouraged, and ready to move.

Social Outings
Social outings give clients the opportunity to apply the skills they build in session to real-world environments – visiting engaging community spaces such as the zoo, amusement parks, sporting events, and other local attractions. With the added support of a Movement Specialist, clients can navigate anxiety, sensory overload, and unexpected challenges, using movement-based methods to regulate and stay grounded. These outings encourage the development of essential life skills and are designed to build confidence, resilience, and joy in everyday settings.

INITIATIVES

HARBR
In the wake of the devastating 2025 Los Angeles wildfires that exposed critical gaps in emergency response for individuals with developmental disabilities, Kidisthenics began reimagining what safety and advocacy could look like during a crisis. That vision became HARBR: an emergency-response communication platform designed for the developmentally disabled community.
Currently in development, HARBR is being built to help individuals stay connected, communicate their needs, and access critical support during emergencies. Built with input from California’s Regional Center system, HARBR reflects our commitment to empowering individuals to advocate for themselves and move through the world with greater independence – even in moments of uncertainty.
